El tiempo es lo único que va y no regresa. Muchas veces, las personas se llegan a frustrar porque se dieron cuenta de que no supieron aprovecharlo al máximo. Para que no te pase esto, queremos decirte cómo puedes administrar mejor tu tiempo.

  • Establece objetivos claros

 

Será más fácil que sepas qué hacer con tu tiempo, si tienes claro a dónde quieres llegar, y si lo que estás haciendo te está acercando a ello.

 

  • Calendariza prioridades

 

Esto es la clave de todo. Créenos cuando te decimos que hay suficientes horas en el día, y suficientes días en la semana para hacer lo que te propongas, siempre y cuando aprendas a priorizar: dale peso a tus responsabilidades y deja al final tus pasatiempos.

 

  • Evita distracciones

 

Las pequeñas distracciones crean grandes retrasos. ¡Evítalas!

 

  • El descanso es importante

 

Pero asegúrate de dártelo solo cuando hayas completado tus tareas del día. De lo contrario, vas a sentirte presionado por hacer todo a última hora.
